The Payment Brokerage Gateway is a payment exchange platform implemented and operated by Kendra Solutions as a service in a telecommunications, media, insurance or banking environment for the management and expansion of payments and channels.

The Payment Brokerage Gateway sits between the billing/collection IT systems of the customer and the collection agents in the customer’s partner network, as depicted in the above diagram. It provides a real-time view of the financial collections position, and instruments to act on the information.

The Payment Brokerage Gateway supports channels that collect customer payments and carry out automatic periodic billing, bill presentment, prepaid reloads and E-wallet reloads by customers, and manage charges to customers. In addition, the channels to which the Payment Brokerage Gateway provides up-to-date information are the billing, prepaid management system, E-wallet, credit card, PayPal and Bank account channels.
